Only 170 acres of the land will be privately deeded, leaving over 200 acres of open space to be shared by the residents. This open space offers two distinct environments.
First is the 100 acre natural open meadow on which a 4,500 square foot gathering center and equestrian facility will be designed and built by the developer. This facility will be for the private use of the residents for meetings, events, and private parties. There will be an eight stall horse facility.
The second will be another 100 acres of natural and pristine wooded highlands for hiking in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter. Additionally, the residents will share a natural stocked pond as well as a private beach, swimming, and picnic area on Walsh Lake.
